Amanda Scott-Barker BSc (Hons) MRCPod

Amanda bought a well-established clinic, situated on Westgate, Mansfield in 2005, when the previous owner retired. The clinic relocated in the summer of 2022 to Mansfield Business Centre, just a 10-minute walk from the previous premises. The Centre provides free parking, lift and disabled access.

The clinic offers a range of advanced treatments alongside general footcare. Amanda is joined in clinic by podiatrist, Alison, and clinical and administration assistants Helen and Penny. All staff pride themselves on high levels of customer service and podiatric care which has led to the clinic achieving the Royal College of Podiatry Practice Accreditation Award.

Amanda and Alison are both members of the Royal College of Poditary and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. They are fully trained and insured, having completed degree level training prior to qualification. They are required to undergo a programme of continued professional development and carry out a wide variety of extra training every year to provide the latest techniques for their patients.

Amanda has recently gained her Extended Scope of Practice Qualification in Skin Surgery of the foot and completed the Royal College of Podiatry accredited Cardiovascular and Limb Protection module.
